Bettaka Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 General Terms

Bettaka (bundles.best/bettaka) is an online entertainment and betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bettaka and all its registered members.

The Bettaka platform offers Sports Betting, Lottery, Live Casino, and other entertainment services. Registration is required to use the platform and is open only to users aged 18 and above.

• These terms apply in both Bangla and English; however, the Bangla version shall be considered the definitive text.
• Bettaka reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.
• All content, design, and technology on the platform are the intellectual property of Bettaka.
• Accessing the platform or managing an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• No part of the platform may be used or republished for commercial purposes.

2 Account Registration

Opening an account on Bettaka is straightforward, but certain conditions apply. Each individual may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of Bettaka's Terms & Conditions and will result in both accounts being closed.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Bettaka may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held within.

Registration Eligibility

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one account may be opened per device or IP address.
• Providing a valid mobile number and email address is mandatory.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password strong and for not sharing it with any third party.
• Payment must be made from the mobile number registered on the account.
• Bettaka staff will never ask for your password or OTP — any such contact is fraudulent.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Bettaka are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. Withdrawals may take up to 48 hours, though most are processed much faster.

Bettaka ensures every transaction is secure and encrypted. Keeping members' funds safe is our top priority. Withdrawal requests from eligible members that comply with our Terms & Conditions will not be refused.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳500, with the maximum determined by your account tier.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from a third party's number may result in the transaction being cancelled.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support with your receipt number.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used for the original deposit.
• Bettaka reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Betting Rules

When placing sports bets on Bettaka, specific rules apply. Odds are updated in real time, and the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled once an event has started.

Bettaka is not liable for bets that fail to be placed due to internet disconnection or technical issues during live betting. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with Bettaka's established policy.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.
• Betting on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the betting system will result in immediate account closure.
• Bettaka reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of unusual betting patterns.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and is a criminal offence.
• Separate betting rules may apply for cricket, football, and other sports.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bettaka regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and members should read them carefully before claiming. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the associated terms.

The Welcome Bonus is exclusively for first-time registered members and applies to their first deposit only. Winnings generated from the bonus require the specified wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal. Any misuse of the bonus in violation of Bettaka's Terms & Conditions will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: up to 100% of your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Using bonuses to transfer funds to another member's account is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation.
• Bettaka reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Responsible Gambling

Bettaka believes entertainment should be fun — not stressful or addictive. Responsible betting is a core part of our values, and every member is expected to commit to playing responsibly under Bettaka's terms and conditions.

Members can set their own deposit limits, take a temporary break, or activate self-exclusion directly on our platform. Contact the support team for assistance with any of these tools.

• Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately.
• Think of betting as entertainment, not a source of income.
• Temporary self-exclusion (from 1 day up to 6 months) can be activated at any time.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bettaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned within 7 business days, though this may be delayed while an investigation is ongoing.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the betting system.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.

Members may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@bettaka.best. All active bets must be settled before the account is closed.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Bettaka is committed to protecting members' personal information. Details provided at registration are used solely for account management, identity verification, and payment processing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

• Payment details are not stored on Bettaka's servers.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• Members may request correction or deletion of their personal data.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, contact our customer support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you may escalate the matter to a higher level.

• Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the incident.
• When raising a dispute, please provide the relevant transaction ID and screenshots.
• Bettaka's decision is final and binding in all matters.
• Bettaka reserves the right to correct any results that are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

10 Changes & Updates

Bettaka reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given for any major changes.
• Minor or editorial changes may take effect immediately.
• If you do not agree to changes in the Terms & Conditions, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
